Richard comes to Pacific from Hobart College, where he was a 4-year rower and team captain. Prior to Pacific, he has coached at the Pomfret School, coaching the with girls program. He also brings a solid knowledge of the sport from both rowing and theoretical experience, along with his strong background teaching math (physics, algebra, etc.) to middle-grade & high school students. Richard also has participated in the National Outdoor Leadership School, a rigorous outdoor training program, and thus brings strong leadership qualities to our men's program.
