PACIFIC ROWING CLUB "LEARN-TO-ROW" SUMMER CAMPS (Junior students 8th grade and up)

Come and try the sport of rowing in a fun and informative camp designed for beginners! Each camp runs for 2 weeks, Monday-Friday, from 8 am to 12 noon, and includes rowing, land training, video review, nutrition, and rowing in both small and large racing shells. No experience necessary! Just bring warm exercise clothes, and a desire to learn and have fun. To enroll, just fill out the regristration, release, and waiver forms, and mail to the PO BOX address listed. Your entry will be confirmed upon receipt and deposit of your camp payment.

• Session 1: June 8th - June 19th
• Session 2: June 29th - July 10th
• Session 3: July 20th - July 31st
• Session 4: August 3rd - August 14th

• $295 (check made payable to "Pacific Rowing Club."
• Payment MUST accompany enrollment form to reserve a spot.

• Pacific Rowing Club at Lake Merced in San Francisco.
• Applicants must have transportation to / from practice.

PACIFIC ROWING CLUB: VARSITY DEVELOPMENT CAMPS

These camps are intended for those rowers who wish to improve their basic rowing skills, primarily in smaller boats (sweep and scull). Emphasis is on technical development and exposure to different elements of rowing. Physical training will be involved, as well, including erging and weight training discussion/practice.

• June 15-19 8 am-12 noon
• June 22-26 8 am- 12 noon
• July 13-17 8 am -12 noon
• July 20-24 8 am- 12 noon
• August 24-28 8 am-12 noon

• $195 per 1-week session
• Payment MUST accompany registration form to reserve a spot.
