About Us: Pacific Rowing Club is a community-focused organization dedicated to promoting the sport of rowing. Located on the stunning shores of Lake Merced in San Francisco, our club offers a picturesque setting for rowing enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels.

Position: Summer Coach As a Summer Coach at Pacific Rowing Club, you'll play a pivotal role in our summer program, inspiring and guiding young rowers as they develop their skills and passion for the sport. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and organizing rowing sessions for junior athletes.

• Providing technical instruction on rowing techniques and training methods.

• Ensuring safety protocols are followed during all activities.

• Mentoring and motivating athletes to achieve their full potential.

• Collaborating with other coaches and staff to create a positive learning environment.

Qualifications: We're seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience in rowing or a related sport.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for working with young athletes and fostering their development.

• Knowledge of rowing equipment, techniques, and safety procedures.

• Certification or willingness to obtain certification in CPR and first aid.
